Precision Horizontal Axis Rectangular Table Surface Grinder
This machine tool mainly uses the periphery of the grinding wheel to grind the plane of the workpiece, and can also use the end face of the grinding wheel to grind the groove and the side of the flange of the workpiece, with high grinding accuracy and finish. It is suitable for grinding all kinds of precision parts and tools. It can be used for precision machining in machine shop, machine repair shop and tool shop.

■ The machine adopts cross carriage mobile type, with small thermal deformation.
■ The longitudinal movement of the worktable is driven by variable vane pump, and the closed hydraulic system is adopted, which has the advantages of smooth movement, low noise and low temperature rise of oil pool.
■ The transverse guide rail of the carriage adopts roller guide rail, and the feeding is controlled by AC variable frequency motor with stepless speed regulation, so fine intermittent and continuous feeding can be obtained.
■ The spindle bearing of grinding head adopts oil return hydrostatic bearing with small hole throttle cavity, which has high rotation accuracy and long service life.
■ MM7120B machine tool is external oil tank, which is convenient for maintenance and replacement of hydraulic system.
