CNC Powerful Forming Grinder
The machine tool is mainly used for grinding the profile of corrugated roller in packaging machinery, carton manufacturing and repair industry, and can also be used for grinding the profile of other narrow and long parts. Computer numerical control technology and form grinding technology are applied in the machine tool. The technology is advanced and the operation is simple.
At present, the CNC corrugating roller grinder produced by the company has two structural forms:
Mobile structure of horizontal axis rectangular table grinding head: MK8850 series
Horizontal axis rectangular platform gantry structure: MK8980 series
Horizontal axis moment table grinding head mobile structure, using Siemens four-axis CNC system, can be used for the four axes of the machine tool, namely X axis: longitudinal feed movement of the worktable; Y-axis: vertical feed movement of grinding head; V-axis: King Kong roller dresser vertical feed movement; Axis A: workpiece rotary indexing movement can be controlled separately or any two axis linkage control of three straight spindles, which can automatically complete the work cycle of workpiece grinding, grinding wheel dressing and compensation.
Horizontal shaft rectangular table gantry structure, by the double column, beam and bed composition of a closed rigid frame structure. Siemens five axis CNC system, the machine can be four straight axis and a rotary axis, that is, X axis: the table left and right longitudinal movement; Y-axis: vertical feed movement of grinding head; Z-axis: transverse feed movement of grinding head; V-axis: King Kong roller dresser moves vertically; Axis A: the indexing and rotating axis of the corrugated rod is controlled separately or by any two-axis linkage of the four straight spindles to complete the automatic grinding cycle. The Heidenhain grating ruler is used for the vertical feed average axis to realize full closed-loop control.
The machine is easy to operate, has the characteristics of high grinding precision, good surface quality, high grinding efficiency, and realizes the mechatronics.
■ The longitudinal movement of the worktable is driven by AC servo motor, and the ball screw pair is directly driven by the seamless coupling. The longitudinal guide rail is PTFE wear-resistant sliding guide rail.
■ The vertical feed of the grinding head is driven by AC servo motor, and the ball screw pair is directly driven by the no gap coupling to realize the vertical movement of the carriage and grinding head along the linear rolling guide of the column. The motor overhead lead screw suspension structure is adopted to ensure the accuracy of vertical feed.
■ The vertical movement of the top mounted diamond roller dresser is realized by the AC servo motor driving the precision ball screw. The rolling guide is adopted to ensure the vertical movement accuracy.
■ The spindle of the grinding head is directly driven by the frequency conversion motor, and the frequency conversion motor is controlled by the frequency converter to ensure that the grinding wheel grinds the workpiece at the best constant linear speed.
■ The table is equipped with precise CNC indexing device, which is used for automatic indexing and precise positioning of corrugated roller parts during multi groove grinding.
■ X axis, Y axis linkage to achieve high precision convex grinding.
■ High pressure cooling and fully enclosed effective protection are conducive to the improvement of cutting efficiency.
■ The system has the function of self diagnosis, and displays various fault alarm and input and output status through the display.
