High precision CNC vertical shaft compound grinding machine series is a series of machine tools developed by our company according to the needs of market and users. It is suitable for the large-scale, multi variety and multi-specification finishing grinding of the inner and outer cylinder, cone, rolling path and end face of large-scale main parts in the machinery manufacturing and equipment industry, so as to achieve high dimensional accuracy and geometric precision.
It is suitable for high-precision grinding of bearing, gear and sleeve parts. It can complete high-precision grinding of inner circle, outer circle and end face of workpiece in one clamping process. It can realize cone dressing and cone grinding of grinding wheel through taper grinding device or CNC linkage. It can also realize form grinding of inner and outer circles through form dressing of grinding wheel, such as raceway grinding of bearing ring .
■ The grinder adopts double column, double grinding head (or single grinding head), carriage moving, column round platform gantry layout. The whole machine has good rigidity and open top closed structure.
■ The worktable is located in the front upper part of the bed, and the worktable rotates. Static pressure technology is used in the axial and radial direction of the main shaft of the static pressure worktable. At the same time, there are static pressure guide rails around the worktable to ensure the high rigidity of the worktable under load. It has the advantages of high movement precision, stable work, no crawling, high bearing capacity, good rigidity, strong vibration resistance and so on. The worktable is driven by frequency conversion motor or servo motor; direct drive technology can also be used to achieve indexing function, with positioning accuracy of ± 5 "and repeated positioning accuracy of ± 2.5".
■ The column is located behind the bed, and a cross frame is installed above the column. There are two trawls on the beam, and the left and right grinding heads are respectively installed on the trawls. The left drag plate can be fixed vertical grinding frame, and the grinding head only moves vertically on the vertical grinding frame; it can also be used to rotate the carriage. The grinding head can be installed on the rotating grinding frame and can rotate after the speed of worm gear pair through AC servo motor. The stepless angular rotation within ± 25 "angle can be realized. The full closed-loop control is carried out by HEIDENHAINcircular grating, which becomes taper grinding device.
■ The grinding head forms of this grinder include vertical grinding head, horizontal grinding head and universal grinding head. The universal grinding head can rotate, the maximum rotation angle is 0 ° to 90 ° and the minimum indexing angle is 2.5 ° through the precision end gear plate positioning. The structure of the grinding head has independent intellectual property rights. It adopts Swiss STUDER precision cylindrical grinder, Swiss DIXI precision coordinate boring and MGKF1600/4 high precision CNC vertical shaft compound grinder to process the spindle parts of the grinding machine. There are professional technicians for precision assembly and debugging. The grinding wheel shaft of the grinding head adopts imported precision spindle bearings. At the same time, it can also be equipped with imported and domestic high-frequency precision motorized spindle, which can be equipped with water cooling temperature control device, gas seal device, tool changing device, online dynamic balancing device, etc.
■ SIEMENS or FANUC AC servo numerical control system is used in the machine tool numerical control system. The maximum number of control axes of the machine tool is eleven axes (optional function), which are vertical feed, cross feed and rotary indexing movement of the left grinding head; vertical feed, cross feed and rotary indexing movement of the right grinding head; vertical movement of the measuring system; drive of the left grinding head and right grinding head; rotation of the worktable; drive of the dresser; all linear feed axes can use HEIDENHAIN light Grid ruler for full closed loop control (optional function).
■ There are three types of dressers for grinding wheel dressing: diamond disc dresser, diamond pencil dresser and diamond forming roller dresser. A wheel dresser can be installed on both sides of the worktable of the machine tool, so as to trim the grinding head according to the specific requirements, and reduce the stroke of the grinding head when dressing the grinding wheel, so as to improve the work efficiency.
